Outdoor Survival and Nature Skills for Teenage Girls & Boys
Girls and boys love the outdoors. And our Teen Adventure Camp 14-15 provides the opportunity for your son or daughter to enjoy nature in a safe and caring environment. Your child will meet new friends, fellow campers, and enjoy being together camping with kids the same age.
Chores
Did I say chores? Yes, we have chores and camp rules. Working together as a team chores are done in good order, camp is organized, dishes cleaned and put away. We work together to keep everyone safe so our young folks can spend more time learning survival skills and trail hiking.
Were all about fun, discovery, and the wonder of nature. We hope your son or daughter will join us this summer.

July 2021 7-Day Teen Adventure Camp Mt. Shasta, California
“Alexander is home! He looks much healthier than when we sent him to you a week ago. He’s got lots of stories and wouldn’t stop talking until I forced him to take a shower. He had an incredible experience. Thank you for taking such good care of the boys.”
Warmly, Ayla Yaitanes.

You're a Valuable Part of the Camp
We have taught more than 25 teen camps. From 1-week to 28-day wilderness immersions.
Here is what we experience.
This is a small group event, no more than 12 people per 7-Day Camp
Teen camp is based on helping and supporting one another
All students start with a common goal of learning survival
It takes a special and unique person to attend these events. Which makes this outdoor camping adventure all the more fun.
It is our observation that teens quickly bond and support each other at camp
Everyone is of different age groups and have different histories. Ages 14-15 are welcome
There are no stupid questions
No macho stuff, bullying, or rudeness
Everyone has an opportunity to get to know each other, and often times develop close bonds
Our students come from various countries: Scotland, Denmark, Tibet, Ukraine
and from the US: Mostly from California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Illinois, North Carolina
Live Closer to the Earth and in Harmony with Nature
There is a sense of romance in nature, but if you've never been out in the wilderness before, it is common to be apprehensive. We have helped many people through the beginning discovery of wilderness exposure. We cover animal behavior, including the large predators, and how to keep yourself safe. Soon you will experience the peace and simplicity of the forest. Learning self-sufficiency in a survival situations will ease your fears and give you confidence.
Our training and experience will help you:
Lose the fear
Get strong
Be capable
Here are some Favorite Lessons from the Survival Camp Experience
Confidence.
How to make a fire without even matches.
All the different kinds of wild plants you can use for food or medicine.
How to make fire, rope, and even my own shelter from what’s available.
If I was alone in the wilderness, I know could I feed and shelter myself.
I learned that everything I need to survive is already out there.
