Family Camp
Camping with your
family is always an adventure. At
Lifesong we make it fun, rewarding and educational,
sparking your creativity and imagination. Children and
parents play and work at wilderness survival education.
Safety is first at Lifesong.
All activities are organized
with special attention to safety in the outdoors and emphasize a
supportive and nurturing, learning environment.

Laugh, play, enjoy your days
learning to let go of your everyday world, explore and
embrace all that nature offers. While hiking
around camp everyone will experience the art of
tracking wildlife.
Children love games and we do
too. We don't often have the time to play with our
families, now you do. Our games build self esteem
and encourage team work.
Survival basics are the
fundamental four of survival. Shelter, water,
fire and food. We share these fundamentals with you
and give you the basis for their importance. Children
are adept at survival.
They naturally find
places to hide when lost or frightened and often survive
scenarios adults find challenging.
Handling a knife properly
is one of Lifesong's rules and a skill worth mastering.
You will have lots of time to practice while engaging in
carving survival crafts.
Gather round the campfire in the
teepee, where we share stories about nature
encounters and campfire legends. Relax and enjoy your
family will be having a truly unforgettable
camping experience.
Camp is available for youth 9 - 13
years of age and must be accompanied by at least one adult, parent or
guardian.
